We live in a wooded area outside of Camden. On February 19,2025 we were victims of the snow and ice storm. Our power lines were taken down by a pine tree and ripped from our meter pole. National Grid came out and did a temporary connection but told us we needed an electrician to do some repairs to make it permanent. We were given ten days to have this done. I called around the next day to get someone to give me a quote and got more excuses than results. Quentin called me back and informed me he would come out and give me a quote after looking at the damage. He explained everything in detail that would be needed to repair the damage and bring it up to code. I received an itemized quote the following day and promptly excepted it. Quentin's website makes it very easy to make payment. Quentin handled every part of the process and made the repairs in the time frame given. There were a few delays due to weather but at no time was I worried the repairs would not be made. We had an electrical emergency when a tree fell down on our main electrical lines. This caused the pole to snap off and National Grid came out and said we had to get an electrician to come out to replace the pole with a new one, the guy that came from National Grid recommended, West Camden Electric So, I called them fortunately they were able to come out that night just like their website said 24/7, the guy was very considerate and they had our service back on by the the next day because he was willing to work all through the night to get the power back on, I would definitely hire this company again and I am so glad I called them to take care of this for me.

I called West Camden Electric on Thursday with no referral or knowledge of their business. I was looking for a complete installation of a dining room light fixture where there was no existing fixture and hoping for a reasonable price. I spoke with Quentin and he was so helpful and willing to give me an estimate over the phone based on my information. I asked when he might be able to install and I happen to hit a good day and he was at my house by the afternoon! The light fixture was installed and you would never have known he was there!
